To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.). You are responsible for:

• No refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
• Your access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation

Separate terms, limits, or redemption conditions may apply to one-time purchases, gift codes, trial access, promotional access, or other non-subscription purchase types.

You retain ownership of the golf scores, match data, and other content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Share your scores and match results with connected friends
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your golf scores and match data.

GolfSub, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

You may not:

• Falsify golf scores or match results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of scoring calculations (though we strive for accuracy)
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Protection against data loss or security breaches

Golf scoring and skins calculations are for entertainment purposes. Always verify important results independently.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited conduct
• Pose a security or legal risk

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
